Disegno is seeking a sales executive. The role involves working across all of Disegno’s platforms as well as on its creative agency, Disegno Works.

Disegno is dedicated to long-form independent reporting and critical writing on design. Disegno covers design, architecture, fashion, urbanism, graphics and technology. Alongside its quarterly journal, Disegno also runs an events programme, digital platform and podcast series.

Disegno Works was founded in 2014 as the journal’s creative agency. Disegno Works has an international roster of clients and creates custom publishing projects, films, events and installations for these brands. We make unique, evocative content that communicates the stories of our clients. We take projects from initial ideas through to final outcomes, and provide strategic guidance throughout.

The successful candidate will report to Disegno’s commercial director to make sure sales targets are met across the different segments of the business. They will have a clear understanding of the editorial remit of Disegno and will apply this thinking to all aspects of the business, creating thoughtful pitches for new business by working closely with the editorial team.

We are looking for someone with at least one year's sales experience, who has sold onto digital and print platforms within the design and/or fashion sector, and has the ability to keep on top of their targets. Experience in planning project budgets is preferable, but not essential.

Disegno is currently working remotely, but will regularly come together in co-working spaces in London from September.
